Job Description

Coordinator, Learning & DevelopmentAre you a person who gets inspiration fromsupporting other people in their limitless professional and personal development? Are you the one who is ready to do creative stuff as well as analytics, planning and team coordination?Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the learning process within the hotel. He/She will ensure that all learning and development activities are completely aligned with the culture, Accor Values and the hotel.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
  • To provide a professional Learning & Development function ensuring that all standards of customer service are met and that individual development plans and business targets are achieved.Your experience and skills include:
  • Relevant hotel experience.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to use and interpret related computer systems.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
