Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product?s features.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the budget of the online channel
  • Define reporting and analysis requirements
  • Assist in developing value proposition, actions plan based on numbers, fact check, market dynamics and competitors moves to insure achieving targets.
  • Enhance sales processes while tracking sales funnels and operational business derivers in addition to provide regular insights to business
  • Monthly reporting on revenues and sales figures in addition keeping an eye on paying clients performance, that includes acquired clients through sales channels and users acquired organically online
  • Develop new ideas and concepts for offers and promotions to acquire new base segments
  • Responsible for all retention activities, reporting and management, monitoring of monthly active base, dormant base and working on revival plans
  • Continuous management for all launched propositions and products handling the pre-analysis and post assessments
  • Responsible for all online/offline VAS products & packages pricing scheme
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
