Job Description

This role is reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager and is required to closely work with the regional team, Commercial Operations, Finance, Operations, Legal and Compliance teams, in managing the commercial operations of export Gas Sales Agreements.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreements for our export markets and ensure that contractual obligations under the different agreements are being adhered to.
  • Support the delivery of export business plan and maintaining an up-to-date of the supply and demand profile.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Key stakeholders across the region.
  • Develop and implement procedures to optimize the value chain across the upstream, midstream and downstream.
  • Support the asset managers and investment teams on future opportunities decision making process
  • Enforcing regulations, company?s policies and abide with compliance requirements
  • Support the company business development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of fundamental drivers in oil and gas business
  • Demonstrable expertise in gas contract management with a track record of championing good stakeholders? outcomes and pragmatic, commercially minded commercial solutions.
  • Familiar with Gas Sales and Purchase agreements and other relevant agreements
  • Capable of handling situations/problems of high complexity and may go beyond his/her own discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong process management skills and experience in collaborating effectively with multicultural teams on simultaneous projects.
  • Demonstrate capabilities to develop process improvements and change initiatives across multiple organizations and understands impacts.
  • Self-motivated and organized with ability to work to transactions deadlines.
  • Strong aptitude for developing and proposing creative solutions to industry challenges and non-recurring strategic issues.
