Responsibilities:

Provide operational support on all aspects of Acquiring Chargebacks
Prepare and submit accurate defense packages in line with the relevant PSP/Acquirer requirements
Review fraud trends on card transactions and recommend changes to prevent future potential losses
Ensure accurate records are maintained on the status of all incoming Chargebacks
Investigate and highlight potential technical issues that could result in a loss of representing rights
Liaise with internal teams to address and reduce bad debt caused by system issues and manual processing errors relating to the incoming Chargebacks
