Job Description

Business and Operations Analyst - EgyptAs a Business and Operations Analyst you?ll help drive the business though vast data analysis, processes efficiency and accuracy procedures and governance tasks.You?ll work daily to bring quality and timely operations in EMEA region. If you enjoy working with experts on end-to-end deployment and real-world applications, then this role could be for you.The Business Operations Analyst role is very varied. Key responsibilities and activities include:

  • Document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
  • Allow transition from Sales to Delivery of Services through data connections and reporting
  • Assure revenue recognition by monitoring and acting when needed to assure timely invoicing and resolving any challenges in the process
  • Updating and assuring data accuracy and reporting from resources management system to allow tracking and cost control in Advanced and Professional Services
  • Submit third party orders, support new vendors onboarding and supervise invoicing
  • Support META region with technical and legal , including writing in Arabic language when required
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelors? Degree in Business Management or a qualitative field (Mathematics, Statistics Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Finance)
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant microsoft applications.
  • Experience in project management and different PM Methodologies
  • Experience in business analysis is a plus.
  • Proven analysitical, attention to detail and accuracy abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Structured problem solver that can work with concepts in sophisticated processes and business plans
  • Strong communications, collaboration, and influence skills to work with leadership
