Job Description

A company working in online training is hiring a highly skilled business manager to be based in Alexandria branch.The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding day-to-day work management including operation, human resources, marketing, vendor/client relationship management, and accounting processes. This person will be a motivated leader who acts on creating and sustaining a climate of trust and productivity.Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
  • Recruiting and training new employees including site admin, accountant, and social media manager.
  • Developing business plans to meet the company goals.
  • Developing a comprehensive company budget, performing periodic budget analyses, and following financial transactions.
  • Managing the team members and other stakeholders such as instructors, trainees, and marketing agent/s to perform the business plan activities.
  • Ensuring the website is working properly and raising maintenance requests whenever required,
  • Collecting and analyzing data including sales volume, website traffic,competitors, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing overall company performance.
A profit share will be provided in addition to the package.
