KEY QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:- University degree or equivalent experience.- 3+ years of work experience.- Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.- Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format.- Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Familiar with Project Management and PRINCE2 Foundation certificate (or equivalent) a plus - Familiar with Service Management and ITIL V3/4 Foundation certificate a plus - Strong data analytical skills - Familiar with trend analysis and finding data patterns - Strong ability to organize and drive project tasks, activities, actions, and issues to closure and overall success - Understanding of a service business is a plus - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Spanish conversational communication skills is a plus - Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external colleagues, outstanding influencing and negotiation skills - Flexibility to attend conference calls outside of "regular" business hours, due to global focus. - Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently - Action oriented, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and other web-based applications experience such as BI tools i.e. Oracle Analytics Career opportunity:After a successful period in this role the candidate might evolve to a Risk Manager position supporting delivery reviews remote.Alternatively, the candidate might evolve to a business analyst or financial analyst in other ACS teams.
