To create an operational Powerhouse for Employee Experience Organization by centralizing capabilities, skills and process automation to unlock capacity for the in-market teams across the market clusters and provide opportunities to improve Employee Experience for our teams and customers.About the team:The Hub Optimization team acts as the Centre of Excellence to drive the digital and automation transformation path for the Employee experience (EX) e2e Journeys for Europe, UKI & NAMETRUB.Job Purpose:The Automation consultant role will involve working with Product system owners, business users and functional / technical experts to translate business opportunities into a high-level technical analytics and automation solutions. You are perceived as the key subject matter expert who guide clients on; Identifying and assessing processes for potential automation, selecting appropriate technology partners and synergies for hyper-automation, advising on appropriate applications of automation to solve business challenges, designing hyper-automation solutions, fostering data led culture & talent.Job Responsibilities:You will be a key part of a diverse and strategically important team that prides itself to provide innovative solutions in high-profile, complex projects on behalf of our clients and to bring inventive new approaches to our services and existing ways of working. Working alongside colleagues from the wider Europe, UKI & NAMETRUB Regions Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to the following: ? Architect solution options to reimagine processes to achieve business value, eliminate waste & automate our ways of working using RPA, low code automation, cloud architecture & programmatic automation ? Work with assessment and delivery teams to translate process solution options into delivery plans, and support or enable delivery where appropriate ? Work with stakeholders at all levels including senior stakeholders in Europe, UKI, NAMETRUB, Product system owners, business users and functional / technical experts, process architects, Program managers & BI Engineers. ? Drive & devise alongside Hub Program Lead the EX-Hub transformational road map to transform all our EX-Journeys ? Solution architecture required to deliver end to end hyper-automation solutions (i.e. integration, networking and infrastructure background) ? Business case definition & input to capex/opex costs for business case drafting ? Work alongside BI engineers/data analysts to translate process data into process inefficiency insights and root causes to support Business case hypothesis.Job Requirements:Educational& Job Qualifications? Master?s or bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information systems or another related field? Proven track record of not less than 8-10 years in delivering automation projects, from pilot through to enterprise scaled programmers.? Demonstrated experience in ERP systems (Service now, Oracle, SAP) process automation or consulting.? Demonstrated delivery experience of the main technologies such as RPA, low code automation, cloud architecture & programmatic automation? Extended client facing consulting experience in a recognized consulting business or within a consulting function in the industry.? Strong Business analysis skills, proficiency in constructing product backlogs and technical user story writing? The ability to design an automation strategic roadmap, identify opportunities for automation and generate supporting quantitative business cases.? Solution architecture required to deliver end to end hyper-automation solutions (i.e. integration, networking and infrastructure background)Technical Qualifications? Fluency in English Language (written and spoken)? Waterfall Certifications: PMP or PRINCE 2 is a must? Agile Certifications: CSM or PMI ? ACP Certificates are a must? Agile Certifications: Leading SAFe certificate is a plus? Service now, Oracle, SAP Certified is a plus? UI Path Certificate is a plus? TOGAF, AWS certificates are a plusBehavioral Qualifications? Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to interact with business functions as well as IT.? Ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad range of audiences in a simple way and the incorporation of automation technologies into wider solutions?
