To start a career that is out of the ordinary, please apply...Job DetailsRole DescriptionKantar Insights is looking for an Associate Director, who will leverage his/her expertise and Kantar best-in-class brand equity solutions to provide business insights that matter to our clients. Our client servicing team is seeking an energizing insight professional to lead a team through the execution of full-scale custom market research studies, where he/she will act as the liaison to senior management in Kantar to help clients identify and capture purpose-led growth opportunities. Key responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Interacting with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction
  • Insights Delivery: Craft compelling stories, translate data into insights that address key client business issues and are presented to the client in a straight-forward way.
  • Team Management: Manage 1-3 direct reports of mid level researchers; provide advisory support on client engagement and the creation and execution of client deliverables
  • Financial Management: Monitor and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts.
Role RequirementsCAPABILITIES
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Economics or Business Administration or any relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience managing high volume quantitative research studies, interfacing with clients to proactively deliver on agreed KPIs; including people management experience
  • Experience with brand health tracking, segmentation, U&As, market sizing and other marketing research techniques; keen ability to recognize and articulate the story
  • A flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity
