Responsibilities:1. Safety and Security:

• Promptly report accidents and injuries.
• Adhere to safety and security policies.
• Notify Loss Prevention of guest theft reports.

2. Policies and Procedures:

• Follow company, hotel, and department policies.
• Maintain privacy and security standards.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines.

3. Other Job Duties:

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Typical work hours not less than 48 hours per week.

4. Guest Relations:

• Actively listen and respond to guest needs.
• Assist in providing prompt guest service.
• Anticipate and address guests needs.
• Engage guests in conversations about their stay.
• Welcome and acknowledge each guest warmly.

5. Communication:

• Answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Exchange information effectively with colleagues.

6. Working with Others:

• Support co-workers with respect.
• Handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
• Foster positive relationships with other departments.

7. Quality Assurance/Improvement:

• Comply with quality assurance standards.
• Participate in audits and feedback processes.
