Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who: - has Sense of hospitality - has prior work experience in hotel operational departments - has proven track record successful administration - has the ability to handle guest complains with a smile - has great interpersonal skills.You are responsible to assist the Learning & Quality Manager in identifying the training needs within each department, analyses training needs in the hotel and prioritize such need, to coordinate and monitor the Hotels Training Plan, develops annual training plans and prepares monthly reports. Assist in achieving training objectives, and review on a quarterly basis, participates in developing and implementing various training and development programs to meet identified needs and ensure guest service quality, profit enhancement and colleagues security and safety, work with guest and quality measures such as Heartbeat to identify key areas of weakness and implement training initiatives of all training and development activities reporting to operations in a timely and comprehensive manner and has the ability to work as a part of a part a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.Ideally, you ll have a minimum proven track records of two years, demonstrated experience in a similar role in a five star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills, along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi task & meet deadlines and exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
