Apprentice Harness Designer GB-Warwickshire - WAR00001F * A minimum of 4 GCSE grades C (Grade 4) or above in Maths, English and Science (core or additional) * An Engineering BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma required or 3 A Levels (including 2 in STEM based subjects) * Have a desire to undertake a Level 6 Design and Development Engineer Degree Apprenticeship on a day release basis at Coventry or West Midlands based University * To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your willingness to learn, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be competent with Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Microsoft Excel. * As this role will involve some travel to LEONI sites a full UK driving licence will be desirable * Competitive Salary ?15,000 starting salary * 6 monthly performance and salary reviews * Strong Pension (10% contribution) * Life Insurance * Benefits (Healthcare / Dental) * 37.5 hour week Half day Friday * 34 holidays including bank holidays * 7.5% Performance incentive bonus * Flexible working policy
