As an Accounts Assistant, your core responsibility would be to support the team in ensuring a sound financial health of the business. You could specialize in particular areas such as the preparation of financial statements or focus on more specific areas of our companys financial department. Ultimately, your role will provide us with the accurate and timely quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flow standing of our business. Primary responsibilities申 Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile financial transactions and statements申 Prepare monthly invoices and communicate effectively with clients to arrange collection of the due receivables申 Managing supplier statements, arranging valid tax invoices and payment receipts申 Support month-end and year-end closing process申 Preparing and maintaining fixed assets register to control assets申 Assist in the submission of periodic VAT returns Requirements申 Well versed with the use of accounting applications, particularly MS Excel申 Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles申 Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills申 Accuracy and attention to detail Reports to:Sr. Director - Finance
