& Specification:We are hiring for one of our clients in the automotive industryJob duties and responsibilitiesPerform month end accounting including journal entry preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.Analyze monthly results at fulfillment center and corporate levels.Create weekly & monthly P&L and assist in analyzing financials for variances to budget.Maintain lease agreements and determine the accounting implications of all leases.Create detailed narratives of all procedures and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal quality controls.Assist in audits and tax returns.Assist in examining critical accounting estimates and assumptions around expense recognition in addition to booking & analyzing monthly resultsManage invoicingHandling other accounting tasks as assignedJob Requirements2-4 yrs. of experienceThorough knowledge of basic accounting proceduresIn-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Awareness of business trendsFamiliarity with financial accounting statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close processHands-on experience with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks and QuickBooksAdvanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tablesBS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevantFluent EnglishWork Nature and BenefitsWorking hours : 9 AM to 5 PMDays off: FridaySalary: ConfidentialLanguages:
