ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose The Workstream Lead will play a key role in ensuring the business transformation program objectives are realized on time and on budget by ensuring stakeholder adoption and usage. This person will focus on the system side of the implementation, including engagement with SMEs, determining key requirements, designing the future state of the system, and participating in test events. The primary responsibility will be learning the system and building it to meet our specific business needs. Roles & Responsibilities SAFETY, SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

  • Supervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.
QUALITY
  • Responsible for being familiar with the Companys Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherfords Management System.
  • Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement.
OPERATIONS
  • This position will need to work with many others in the organization to succeed.
  • Participates in design discussions to determine key requirements and future state design requirements
  • Ensures all relevant groups/geographies are represented
  • Provides country specific requirements related to regulatory requirements
  • Participates and assists with business direction in future state design
  • Provides test cases for milestones for the solutions being tested
  • Reviews country specific test scripts, as necessary
  • Participates in test events
  • Ensures that the solutions are in accordance with the requirements
  • Provides test cases for milestones for the solutions being tested Approves functional design documents and test scripts
  • Supports UA testing
  • Supports delivery of change management/training plan execution
  • Support training efforts
    • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Additional responsibilities may include:
    • Consult project teams.
    • Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
    • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
    • Manage stakeholders.
    • Track and report issues.
COMMUNICATION
  • Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external.
  • Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of end user communications.
  • Support the design and delivery of program communications strategies.
FINANCIAL
  • All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses.
  • Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure.

QualificationsExperience & Education REQUIRED
  • High School level diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with or designing HR systems.
PREFERRED
  • Bachelors in business, human resources, or organizational psychology
  • Experience with technology transformation training design and delivery.

  • Systems implementation experience including requirement gathering, testing experience
  • Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to define requirements from a Global perspective
  • Business functional expertise in their respective workstreams. i.e. Helpdesk, Absence MGMT and Time & labor
  • Oracle cloud implementation experience Helpdesk vs. Absence MGMT/Time & Labor
Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: 10%
