Minimum 8 years strong work experience as a Warehouse & Logistics Manager.Has strong knowledge and experience in WMS & managing logistics documentation and processes.Bachelors degree preferably in logistics, production, or engineering.Postgraduate will be preferred in any discipline.Strong knowledge of best practices in Warehousing Inventory management & stock reporting and automated WMS systems.NetSuite experience will be preferred.Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives, and training of subordinates.Strong knowledge of warehousing & logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Leadership skills and ability to manage a staff of 15+. Managing and planning for resource requirements.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
