You should be a creative and forward planning thinker, able to see the bigger picture and develop a structured approach to achieve this. A strong attention to detail and a passion for change, it is expected that the ideal candidate will hold a degree in a HR or IT related subject. Ideally you will also possess knowledge of the Odoo framework and/ or Python programming language. However, the most important skill you should possess is change management in a complex structure and developing new practices that incorporate the whole business globally.
