Job Description

The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and other members of the executive team. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, managing files, and ordering office supplies. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:ú Answer and direct phone callsú Schedule appointmentsú Prepare correspondence, reports.ú Handling petty cash.ú Making LPO & Tax Invoiceú Manage files and recordsú Order office suppliesú Greet and assist visitorsú Coordinate travel arrangementsú Other administrative duties as assigned
