Technical Support Engineer - Inkjet FinishingJob Location : DubaiQualifications:?They are looking to recruit an Ambitious, Self Motivated and Career Oriented Technical Person to support High End and High Value Inkjet Technology Products.?Candidate will have Direct Responsibility to Handle Escalations and provide Technical Support.?Candidate will be reporting to Technical Manager and must be open to coordinate and support other Business Areas within the Organization and Partners.Experience Required:?Minimum 3-5 Years Hands-On experience required on Inkjet Technology excluding Desktop Products.?Mechanical experience in inkjet and/or embellishment equipmentAcademic Qualification:?Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Knowledge:?Candidate should have good knowledge of Handling and Maintaining Inkjet Heads, Basic computer skills & Digital Print?Workflow, Print Substrate Knowledge, Handling RIP, Working with Color Management Solutions and Creating Job Ticket., etc.?Candidate should have Practical Knowledge of Handling Escalations and Solutions utilizing communications tools; Team Viewer, Teams, etc.?Candidate must possess good understanding and knowledge of adding value utilizing Finishing equipment based on?Inkjet Technology on various print output from Digital and Conventional (offset) technology.?Candidate should have good knowledge of DTP (Desk Top Publishing) applications, especially Multi Layer Files like Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, etc.?Candidate should be well versed in English. Both English and Arabic together would be an added advantage.
