1.Serially give identification number to each tag list on receipt. 2.Verify tag list received from the customer for all necessary details are available for manufacturing of ducts. If required call the customer for necessary clarifications. 3.If AUTOCAD drawings received prepare tag list and send it for approval before clearing it for production. 4.Calculate Sq. Mtr., and make material request sheet for each tag list, required for issue of material. Also calculate and mention separately material to be given customer along with delivery of ducts. 5.Prepare Delivery Note GRNStock IssueStock Issue ReturnInvoicing through system.
