Assist the lead teacher in planning and preparing daily lesson plans, classroom materials, and activities.Lead small group sessions, reinforce learning concepts, and provide one-on-one support to students, including those with learning disabilities or behavioral challenges.Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, recess, and other non-instructional times to ensure safety and engagement.Grade assignments and assessments according to the teacher's guidelines, and maintain accurate records of student progress.SkillsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or some college coursework in education, child development, or a related field preferred.
