A unique role for an engaging and motivated individual, the position of Talent Management Specialist will interact with all levels of seniority and actively and continuously follow up regularly with each Consultant via formal face to face meetings, coffee chats and on-line interactions. Each step of the way should be tracked and monitored to provide reports to the senior team with overall and individual progress.Excellent communication and interaction skills, coupled with a relevant degree and 3-5 years hands on experience within career development will ensure you are successful in your application. It is also expected that you have a great deal of emotional intelligence and possess a calm and empathic demeanor to manage expectations effectively, listen attentively and move forwards with a plan of action. Desirable applicants will also be from a similar professional services environment.
