If that is you, we?d love to chat.Here?s a snapshot of what your responsibilities would include:Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.Conducting interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and fit for the role and company culture.Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Conducting reference checks and background screenings as needed.Extending job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Collaborating with the HR team to streamline and improve the recruitment process.Your skills would include:Strong sourcing skills and expertise in utilizing online databases, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build rapport effectively.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges and attract top talent.Your experience would include:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.We are keen to work with talent that:?.
