Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Location : UAEKey Roles & Responsibilities:?Develop a continual pipeline of A-level talent for a variety of roles for real estate sales and corporate openings on a regular basis?Head hunt potential active and passive talent?Work closely with hiring manager across business units of real estate development to understand hiring needs and translate them into potential hiring criteria?Close open vacancies in alignment to the organizational and departmental org charts and timeline targets?Connect with agents and potential candidates from across the GCC, Europe, Eastern Europe & Asia as and when required?Volume hire facilitation from Asia and the Middle East?Network with local and international agents to build candidate pipelines?Use TA tools and portals in a smooth and smart manner to deliver quick resultsPerson Specifications:?Should be a high school or college graduate?At least 3 years of core talent acquisition experience in an in house role with a medium to large group/company or a well known talent consultancy/agency?A strong background of a real estate development or brokerage will be mandatory?Excellent knowledge of sourcing, screening, shortlisting and the entire hiring process?Ability to implement innovative hiring approaches towards niche roles?Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages will be an added advantage?A people?s person with the ability to build great relations with business heads and hiring managers within a multicultural environment?Immediate joiners will be given first preference?Ability to work under pressure in a high volume recruitment environment?Native English speaker & CIS nationals will be preferable due to the nature of the markets and target clientele involved
