Charterhouse is looking to hire a talented Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding Specialist to specialise in permanent/contract recruitment assignments with an on-going RPO project.This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, goal-orientated Recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional who is able to work tight deadlines, assist with recruitment, on-boarding and provide guidance to new starters with our client.The successful candidate should have the ability to connect with people at all levels and build professional working relationships with candidates, stakeholders and colleagues. You will be heavily involved in working with candidates primarily from offer stage and providing HR support, ensuring the candidate journey is exceptional as well as working closely with client.Having strong attention to detail with the ability to make calculated decisions and good knowledge of UAE labour law, are key to the success of this role.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will ideally be Degree educated with strong computer skills, the desire to develop your business acumen skills and be someone who has tenacity and resilience. You must have excellent communications skills in English, both written and verbal.Immediately available candidates will be given preference but we can consider candidates with a notice period.
