Supply and Logistics ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Oversee and manage the supply chain and logistics operations of our organization•Develop and implement effective supply and logistics strategies to meet customer demands and organizational goals•Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, establish delivery schedules and monitor their performance•Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services•Manage the distribution and storage of goods, including coordinating warehouse operations and receiving and shipping procedures•Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to supply and logistics operations•Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements•Use data and analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain and logistics processes•Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chainRequirements :•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or related field•Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management•Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end supply chain operations•Extensive knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles, practices, and procedures•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making•Excellent communication and negotiation skills•Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with supply chain management software•Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
