As the successful candidate you will have experience of working with organisational data management systems and applying data analysis/statistical techniques to data (ideally in health or international development) and possess skills and experience with different approaches/tools for both quantitative and qualitative data collection, methodologies, analysis and reporting/visualisation.Further requirements include;Essential:Use of specialist analytical software for qualitative data e.g. Nvivo Advanced MS office computer skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and OutlookSkilled in drafting guidance on data collection and analysisExperience of delivering training and facilitating in person and remotely Demonstrable experience of managing large, complex pieces of work with multiple stakeholders to produce key deliverables on timeStrong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skillsFluent written and spoken EnglishDesirable:Knowledge of languages other than English e.g local dialect.Experience with GISExperience of working within a geographically disbursed teamExperience gained within social inclusion or economic empowerment programmesExperience with collecting, interpreting and applying inclusive data particularly gender and disability
