Store OfficerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions, and product placement.•Monitor sales and inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment or adjustment.•Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate stock records.•Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate ordering of products.•Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service at all times.•Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and services and adhere to company policies.•Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.•Prepare weekly and monthly reports on store performance and provide insights for improvement.Qualifications and Skills :•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.•Proven experience in a retail or store management role.•Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.•Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software.•Strong organizational and time-management skills.•Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.•Ability to lead and motivate a team.•Proactive and problem-solving mindset.•Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
