Position Title: Store Manager (FMCG)Employment Type: Full TimeSalary: up 20,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:The hiring company is a highly respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branch within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing and marketing of food productsJob Role:Develop store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staffEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)Requirements:Open to Arabic and Asian nationals45 years old and belowBachelors Degree in Business management or accounting coursesMinimum of 5 years experience as a store manager specifically from FMCG industriesExperience from companies handling frozen goods/products is an added advantageStrong customer management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsWith valid UAE driving license and own car is a plusImmediate joiners will be prioritized
