We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Store Keeper to manage our inventory, ensure smooth store operations, and support the overall efficiency of our business.Job Summary:The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage of goods, and coordinating with suppliers and staff to optimize store performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock control, and retail operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management software.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the management.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of goods to prevent damage or loss.
2. Store Operations:
  • Oversee stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Monitor product expiration dates (if applicable) and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage and retail areas.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
3. Customer Service & Sales Support:
  • Assist sales staff in locating and retrieving stock for customers.
  • Provide product details and support customer inquiries when needed.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly labeled and displayed in the showroom.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
  • Maintain records of damaged, expired, or missing items and take necessary action.
  • Assist in annual stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
5. Team Coordination & Supervision:
  • Train and guide junior staff in stock handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to forecast stock requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely stock transfers.
