Our client is a�Drilling solutions company.�They are now looking for a�Spare Parts Coordinator�to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

Receipt of customer inquiries for spare parts
Registration of Quotation using relevant pricing structures
Co-ordinate and clarify any technical issues
Receipt of Purchase Orders, registration of Sales Order + Order Confirmation
Follow up PO/SO/OC and pro-active update customers with detailed status
If applicable, expediting and follow up with suppliers and/or relevant internal supply chain personnel i.e. procurement/warehouse and workshops
Ensure delivery of spare parts (including documentation/certification)
Coordination with the Logistics team to ensure all shipping requirements are met.
Cross-verify and maintain Part numbers received from customer RFQs
Liaise with Intercompany Production Units globally daily.
Manage Customer Invoice process with 3rd Party Invoicing team.
