Job Description

Our client is a˙Drilling solutions company.˙They are now looking for a˙Spare Parts Coordinator˙to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receipt of customer inquiries for spare parts
  • Registration of Quotation using relevant pricing structures
  • Co-ordinate and clarify any technical issues
  • Receipt of Purchase Orders, registration of Sales Order + Order Confirmation
  • Follow up PO/SO/OC and pro-active update customers with detailed status
  • If applicable, expediting and follow up with suppliers and/or relevant internal supply chain personnel i.e. procurement/warehouse and workshops
  • Ensure delivery of spare parts (including documentation/certification)
  • Coordination with the Logistics team to ensure all shipping requirements are met.
  • Cross-verify and maintain Part numbers received from customer RFQs
  • Liaise with Intercompany Production Units globally daily.
  • Manage Customer Invoice process with 3rd Party Invoicing team.
