Dome Advanced Electro-mechanical Works is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Project Engineer to join our team. As a Solar Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing solar energy projects from inception to completion. If you have a strong background in solar energy systems and project management, along with excellent problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Lead solar energy project development and execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy modeling to determine project viability and performance expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, construction teams, procurement, and subcontractors, to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules, ensuring effective resource planning and allocation.Manage equipment procurement and installation, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones and performance targets are met.Produce regular project reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the solar energy sector.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Proven experience in solar project engineering, with a focus on solar energy systems design, installation, and performance optimization.Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage technologies.Proficient in using solar design software, simulation tools, and project management software.Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to solar energy projectsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.Professional certifications in solar energy, project management, or relevant fields (e.g., NABCEP, PMP) are a plus.
