Employment: Full Time Manage quality control procedureAnswer inquiries for potential project partnersCoordinate and supervise construction workersLiaise with the quantity surveyors to monitor costsCheck and prepare site reports, designs, and drawingsLiaise with the client and other construction professionalsArrange required manpower, materials, and equipment for workMake safety inspections and ensure construction and site safelyReview all projects contracts before submitting to managementEnsure that a construction project is completed on time and within budgetCoordinate training and professional development activities for employeesSupervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensure that the clients specifications and requirements are met REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any related courseWith minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Construction Manager and 5 years as a Site ManagerExperience working with Major civil and Infrastructure projectsPumping Station or Deep Shafts background is a mustProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExcellent command in English (Arabic will be considered a plus)Good knowledge of building methods and regulationsKnowledge in Health and Safety ProceduresWillingness to work a flexible schedule
