Service Manager

Job Description

CANDIDATE WILL BEE TRANSFER TO BAKU CITY, AZERBAIJAN COUNTRYResponsible for technical integrity of the machinery;Handover of machinery to and from the client; preparation of all related documentation (defect acts, handover act, timesheets etc.);Establish and maintain relationships with new and current customers to enhance the potential to sell and rent new and used equipment, parts and service to increase loyalty, market awareness, and increase market share;Manage Service Technicians and engage in performance management by conducting performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as needed;Work with customers and potential customers to fully understand their needs, wants, concerns, satisfactions and expectations by seeking information and opinions;Prepare weekly/monthly service plan based on plant engine hours;Manage service team and ensure that the technical breakdowns are resolved in an efficient manner;Provide pre-job instructions to maintenance team;Carry out daily Tool Box Talks with maintenance team and maintain related records (TBT forms);Provide support to prepare monthly KPI report (man hours, engine hours etc.)Provide monthly spare parts/consumables issuing report;Prepare plant condition report based on inspections results;Prepare the records related to daily repairs/maintenance work;Regularly update the client on the status of maintenance process;Respond to clients? requirements in a timely manner;Prepare monthly inspection plan and ensure that inspections are carried out accordingly;Technical verification of spare parts required for maintenance;Control and verification of repair/manufacturing works carried out by third party companies;Ensure that service, maintenance and complaints are translated into action;Initiate improvements by co-operation with all departments;Guiding, coordinating and initiating internal and external tasks where service is concerned;Provide leadership for streamlining and improving business processes as needed;Planning and monitoring work within the workshop, supervising the Workshop;Reporting on workloads, participating in project reviews and giving advice to project managers and team leaders;Ensure that all areas are organized and prepared for the following day?s needs i.e. work is stored properly, equipment is left in a safe condition etc.Performing detailed documentation with high accuracy, i.e: recording inspection findings, test records and completing test procedures

Keyskills :
Academic qualifications or equivalent: Degree in Mechanicalor Engineering; A minimum of 5 years related experience in industry; Technical knowledge ofheavy equipment or similar equipment as in the following: Repair Rental Services of JCBHYSTE
