To be considered for this role you should have minimum of 5 years experience working as a Regional Retail Trainer or Education Manager, within Beauty sector. You should have a bachelors or masters Degree in business or equivalent. You must be very passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry and the latest trends. Experience in in-class training, field coaching and setting KPIs is a must.For this role, you should be proficient in using video editing software. Excellent communications skills in English both written and verbal are a must and fluency in Arabic and French is an advantage.
