?The responsibility of a data architect with a focus on master data management (MDM) and data governance is to design and implement strategies that ensure high-quality, consistent, accurate, and trusted master data across an organization.?The job involves analyzing and understanding the data needs of various stakeholders, both internal and external, and crafting a MDM solution that aligns with their requirements.?Solid knowledge of data management concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing.?Proficient in data integration and ETL technologies, such as Informatica, Talend or SSIS.?Hands-on experience in implementing MDM solutions, preferably with Informatica MDM.?Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and metadata management practices.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.?Designed and implemented MDM solutions for a variety of domains, including customer, product, and supplier data.?Developed data governance strategies and policies to ensure data consistency and compliance across the organization.?Led data quality initiatives, including building data quality rules, data profiling, and data cleansing.?Worked with business stakeholders to define data requirements, design conceptual and logical data models, and ensure alignment with business goals.?Provided technical guidance and mentoring to team members in the areas of MDM and data governance.
