Senior Marketing StrategistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our food and beverage offerings through various channels, including aggregators, takeout, dine-in, and social media.•Conduct thorough market analysis and assess consumer behavior to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and challenges within the F&B landscape.•Collaborate with diverse teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.•Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, menus, signage, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.•Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and product launches to boost brand visibility and foster customer engagement.•Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data insights to refine future strategies and approaches.•Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, adjusting marketing tactics as necessary.•Manage the marketing budget prudently, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration.•A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the Food & Beverage sector.•Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and drive revenue growth, with the ability to manage multiple brands.•Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and insights for informed marketing decision-making.•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels.•Innovative thinker with a strong passion for staying ahead of industry trends.•Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.•Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.•Possession of a UAE driving license and readiness to travel as required.
