Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob description:Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions.Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, customer visits, and market research.Understand customer business processes and identify ERP solution requirements.Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for potential clients.Analyze customer needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable ERP solutions.Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into successful sales.Develop long-term customer relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and customer records.Monitor ERP market trends, competitor solutions, and customer requirements.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Required Skills & ExperienceExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.Strong customer relationship management skills.Work Location: In personDesired Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be a confident, motivated, and result-oriented sales professional with good knowledge of ERP solutions.
