- Experience in concept design for private clients (residential projects)- Experience being the point of contact for clients- Must have experience working on high-end projects- Experience in FF&E, soft furnishings, finishes and material selections this will be their main focus- Experience proposing layouts and space plans- Good knowledge of designer furniture brands- Good relationship with UAE and worldwide suppliers- Able to use softwares (Sketch-up, AutoCad)- Experience on site and implementing the design alongside the construction project manager- Experience managing a team (This candidate will manage a small design time, which will grow with the projects that come in)- Experience preparing and managing project budgets, time-lines, and any other documentation required
