-Minimum 10 years of experience with a SERVICE PROVIDER managing Facilities Management contracts in UAE/ GCC out of which 5 years in a senior role with proven Operational management experience.-BE or B Tech Mechanical Engineer.-Extensive experience heading multiple FM contracts simultaneously.-Strong leadership skills and thorough knowledge in due diligence, bidding, and costing FM proposals.-Excellent customer management skills and should be able to meet contractual KPIs-Experience managing subcontractors, specialist service providers, and a team of staff efficiently and cost-effectively.-Good communication skills and ownership qualities.
