?Minimum 5 years of experience in a Facility Management?Execution of AMC efficiency within the budget and ensure the profitability of the same and Accountable for preparation ion, review of Quotations. Good Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).?Able to troubleshoot all electrical failures of equipment (pumps, Fans, AC units)?Preventive Maintenance.?Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing the maintenance work.?Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.?Checking & maintaining bus bar joints and links periodically (noise and temperature)?Have experience with fire alarm systems and fire alarm control panels, Checking & replacing of all emergency lighting.?Checking and maintaining control panels. Has experience in CCTV system?Trouble Shooting of Electrical circuits. Electrical Testing of DB?s and Wiring.?Must be able to do DB Dressing completely on his own.?Changing Lights and troubleshooting lighting circuits. Testing of Electrical Circuits.?Routine inspections of lights & power circuits. Troubleshooting of faults in circuits.?Routing of additional light or socket points as required.?Troubleshooting of faults in VFD, Pumps motor. A piece of knowledge panels?Must have some knowledge in plumbing works.
