Senior Consultant - Energy Advisory

Job Description

Wed love to hear from you if you have: * Preferably >7 years experience in energy-related consulting with expertise in the Middle East as an added advantage. * Advanced knowledge across; Renewables and Energy storage, Waste to Energy, Hydrogen, Energy Synergies, Phasing out strategies, Baseline studies and readiness, Cooling strategies, DSM plan implementation, PMO setup and design future PMO capabilities, Path to net-zero (Energy Storage and generation sector), and Clean energy investments. * Relevant Certifications will be advantageous such as (not limited to); Certified Energy Manager, ISO 50001 and 55001 Auditor, ASHRAE Level 1 and 2 Auditor, GHG and Carbon accounting, and Climate action. * Experience in circular economy principles and life cycle assessments is advantageous * Understand energy modelling and can interpret modelling results * Strong oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to communicate results via Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and related software, and craft compelling presentations and reports (Arabic writing/ speaking is advantageous) * Flexible and open to work with the wider Environment and Sustainability disciplines * Comfortable working independently * Solutions focusedWhats in it for youWhat if we can have work-life balance What if we can be rewarded in ways that support our individual needs What if we can be accepted for who we are Here at WSP - we can!WSP recognizes that work is only one part of our lives and making time for the other things in our life is important - be that our families, our friends or ourselves.
