We are looking for a Consultant/Asst. Manager for our Management Consulting Division. The person would conduct market and financial feasibility studies, business and equity valuations, identification and valuation of intangible assets, model audits, impairment testing of goodwill, preparation of financial projections, business plans and information memoranda. The ideal candidate should have professional qualifications in finance (CA/ MBA/ ICWA/ CFA) with at least 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in the UAE, should possess excellent communication, analytical and writing skills and good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The candidate is expected to conduct assignments independently with minimal supervision and should have previous experience of conducting feasibility studies/market research/valuation independently. A valid UAE driving license and knowledge of Arabic would be distinct advantages but not a pre-requisite.
