The successful candidate should have experience as a Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine within a high volume location, both stand alone or hotel experience will be considered. You must have proven experience in menu design and recipe generation. Experience within a pub garden, or high volume casual dining is preferred. Due to the scope of the role QSR/fast food experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate is a strong, passionate leader, someone who loves being in the kitchen and motivating a diverse multicultural team in excess of 30. The Senior Chef de Cuisine must be a flexible, hands on, fast moving Chef who thrives in a busy environment. Open to International candidates with the right experience.
