Job Description

job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development with Interior Designer experience to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness. In addition, they will collaborate with the design team to ensure all projects meet the clients expectations and deliver an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the companys website.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet the clients expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of UAE or KSA experience in Business Development with Interior Design or related field companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the interior design industry and current trends.
  • Industry knowledge in UAE
