Operational Excellence * Responsible for relationship building and driving collaborative working on LDC opportunities across all WSP business units * Build commercially viable bidding and delivery fee models, targeting 40% operating margin supported by adequate contracting and legal reviews * Personally target a productivity rate of 30-50% across 3-5 client accountsPeople * Actively drive direct reports and indirect LDC Project teams, coaching, mentorship and retention * Drive and act upon feedback through the Peakon feedback cycles * Regularly engage with direct and indirect team members and document feedback * Have highly honed client-facing engagement skills across wide range of regional GCC clients including private developers, quasi-government bodies, DevCos etc; * Can demonstrable capabilities in winning and delivering work (from bid strategy and execution to project delivery and completion) * Have core design skills, analytical capability and technical familiarity with major infrastructure projects, transport orientated development, landscape architecture, environmental planning and sustainability * Is suitably qualified with an Architecture, Urban Design or Planning degree and preferably an MBA
