?Preparation of Trade Finance related documents for the banking transactions.?Assisting the Financial Controller for bank Facility renewals.?Accounts Payable transactions (Supplier Payments) and reconciliations.?Accurate validations of transactions to the ERP system?Ensure financial records are maintained including proper audit trail?Appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses?Preparation of vouchers on daily basis and obtain necessary approvals?Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts?Appropriate coordination and communication with the relevant customers, suppliers and Sales staff to ensure accuracy of information.Added Advantage:?MIS reporting Experience?Experience in handling External Audits.?Knowledge of Trade Finance?Knowledge of International Trade?Knowledge in Group Company transactions including Transfer Pricing.?Forex Knowledge.
