Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the events industry, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence, a deep understanding of the luxury events market, and hands-on experience in production, technical coordination, and logistics management to ensure flawless event execution.Key Responsibilities Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with clients to conceptualise and plan events, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
  • Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to on-site management and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage the technical production aspects of events, including lighting, sound, staging, and AV requirements.
  • Coordinate with production teams, set designers, and contractors to oversee build schedules and event installations.
  • Ensure all events meet high aesthetic, functional, and safety standards through close collaboration with technical and production teams.
  • Develop and manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, transportation, and scheduling.
  • Manage risk assessments, compliance, and health & safety protocols for on-site event operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or technical issues that may arise before or during an event.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury events market.
  • Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company?s capabilities and unique value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Financial Management:
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
  • Optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in both the UK and Middle East.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company?s market presence and attract new clients.
Team Collaboration:
  • Mentor and guide junior account executives and other team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of all event elements.
