SEND TeacherJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Plan, develop, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND.•Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure optimal learning outcomes.•Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.•Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies and best practices.•Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and achievement.•Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote inclusive education.•Attend professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEND education.•Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.Requirements :•Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in C.B.S.E schools.•Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.•Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP development.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work effectively as part of a team.•Passion for supporting the learning and development of all students.•Relevant teaching qualifications.
