Secretary / Document ControllerDuration: 3 MonthsResponsibilities:•Manage and maintain project documents, records, and correspondence.•Ensure all documents are properly filed, easily accessible, and accurately updated.•Assist the Project Manager with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating project activities.•Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.•Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.•Perform general administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and organizing files.🎓Qualifications : 📝•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.•Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the contracting sector.•Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.🌍 Location : Dubai📍
